Processing Time
All orders are handmade and carefully packed. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer — we'll communicate any delays via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Retail Orders
- Standard Shipping — rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Expedited Shipping — available at checkout where applicable.
Wholesale Orders
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination and will be confirmed at the time of invoicing.
- Wholesale orders ship on agreed-upon schedules. Please contact us to coordinate.
Domestic Shipping (US)
We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Common Sense Soap is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier and reach out to us at Contact — we'll do our best to help.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error, contact us immediately at Contact and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
