We want you to love your order. Because our products are handmade personal care items, we have a few guidelines to keep everyone safe and our small-batch operation running smoothly.
Retail Orders
- We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original condition.
- To initiate a return, contact us at Contact with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label or instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Wholesale Orders
- All wholesale orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale purchases unless items arrive damaged or defective.
- Damaged wholesale items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Exchanges
- We're happy to exchange unopened products for a different scent or product of equal value within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.
